The Beginning
Casey J. Ambrose, founder of Casey’s of Walled Lake. A man deeply devoted to his family and community. He was a man of conviction and compassion, and he freely gave his time and talents to those who needed it most. Casey passed away in 2021, but his legacy lives on.
The Next Chapter
Casey was born in Detroit in 1956 and attended Michigan State University. In 1988, he opened the Choo Choo Deli in Walled Lake. The deli was a success, and in 2004, Casey transformed it into Casey’s of Walled Lake, a unique fusion restaurant offering traditional classics and authentic sushi under one roof. The restaurant is still run by Casey’s three children today — Nichole, Ali, and Casey.

Nichole, Ali, and Casey, the driving force behind Casey's, are not simply running a business; they're cultivating a vibrant space that fosters connection and delights the taste buds.
